Many golfers have a tendency to not just read the break in the green, but actually play the break by manipulating the putter through the stroke. When doing so, it puts too much curvature on the ball and it will miss the hole to the low side. The solution: 1. Read the putt and imagine the curve and high point of the curve (your Aim Point). 2. Once you have decided on the Aim Point that is now your new target, commit to it and putt “straight” to that point.
