What a day! A golfer's dream come true! Your staff is top notch, they understand most of us are out there doing the best we can and have a lot of work to do with our game. Knowing this, they still treat you like you were a top PGA pro - they make you feel at ease and give helpful hints without being 'stuck up'. I have spoken with Susan [Roll, CGC owner] on a couple of occasions. She is amazing, as is your whole staff, and I can see why your business is so successful. I also have been fitted for clubs with Les [Duer, Assistant Professional] on the range out there on your great facility.
As far as the parking [lot being full at the event] goes at Demo Day, I don't believe it can be alleviated for these reasons: the success of your demo days and what your facility has to offer, the people who are employed there, the service year-round and the fact that the people that go to your Demo Day know what your event is and there is nothing like it. Last but not least, the other people who hear about it from everyone else that has gone. I can't imagine the amount of parking that it would take to do it for that event, but I would take it as a compliment. A compliment well earned.
Golf is an addiction and people want to be there because it is a spectacle to behold -- like going to golf heaven. You and your entire staff deserve major congratulations on a job well done.
